To some, the PlayStation generation looks like a group of ultra individualistic super heroes. While planning your organization, or your winning leadership formula this illusion may lead you to the wrong conclusions. To use the words of Chris Anderson /TED- the winning platform for creating something new is a combination of crowd, light and desire.
We of the NO FEAR team have found that this story strongly resonates with what we are trying to achieve. Leader’s role and actions are strongly associated with all of these elements. It is NOT about energizing one-way speeches or a blog posted by the boss once in a while. The establishment of this leadership platform is a combination of the right and the left side of the brain. Changes in the rational part of the business systems are often required to make this platform take off. And even then it only truly flies IF, the leader can transform his learnings to the next generation of leaders.
